The Covid-19 Virus has been spreaded throughout the world. Many disasters already occured in past and could happen in the near future. People will live their lives harder than before. Therefore we should practise to pray and spread loving kindness to oneself. If we do not face to the heavy karma from bad deeds, we will survive and live safely.
The Prana Energy Healing (Practical Section)
This is the practical section. Please listen carefully. The Prana Energy; Mindfulness of Breathing (Anapanasati Practice)
Using hands to press on the stomach to help contracting a stomach together with your exhalation as much as you can. Next, exhaling all air in your nose and mouth. Further, contracting a stomach with exhalation as much as you can. Finally, allowing a stomach to automatically extend by itself with your inhalation.
Continuously practicing like this. Let’s do it.
Exhaling; a stomach is flatten.
Inhaling; a stomach is inflated.
But you do not need to pray anything. You just know that exhaling; a stomach is flatten, and inhaling; a stomach is inflated. Then once you understand it, you do not have to press your hands on a stomach.
Continuously practicing like this until you become skillful. When exhaling, you feel like all wastes are taken out of your body. No matter what kind of germs or diseases are all taken out of your body.
Allowing all impurities leaving your body throughout your exhalation at this moment, right now. The impurities are attachment (Raga), aversion (Dosa), ignorance (Moha), greed, anger, delusion, hatred, worry, depression, anxiety, and affection.
Taking it out, taking it away, taking off, taking it away all of them. Taking all out of your mind onwardly. No returning anymore. When you inhale, feeling like the breathing air passing through your skull and whole body.
When you inhale, feeling like the breathing air penetrating through your whole body, brain, nose, and stomach.
When you inhale, your stomach inflates. And when you exhale, do not let the air leaking out through your nose at once. But let the air penetrating throughout your whole body.
After you can do like this, you can feel that your inhalation brings you a liveliness. Then, Fully inhaling an oxygen passing through your brain, brain system and all nerve systems all over entire body causing you to glow with happiness and refreshment.
The inhalation can pass through your nose, brain system, entire body, and then holding still at your stomach. Allowing your stomach inflating fully in lung and entire body. Then, exhaling until a stomach is flatted. Do not let all air leaking only through your nose. But allowing the air to penetrate throughout your body gradually.
‼While praying, definitely do not let any air leaking out. This is called one session. For long time ago, while praying a short chanting (Verses of Aspiration & Balancing the Elements), holding your breath and avoiding any air leaking out and inwardly chanting that..
“Buddhanubhaven Dhammanubhavena Sanghanubhavena**, and of any goodness that I have performed over countless lifetimes, may all primary and constituent elements, states of matter, energy fields, the state of emptiness, the faculty of knowing, active immunity, purity of mind, and purity of phenomena be naturally stable and in equilibrium from this moment onwards.”
This chanting is excellent. Everyday you first chant and balance the body elements. You can also apply with a short chanting (Chanting & Balancing the Elements). Once you can hold your breath already. Then you chant below...
Buddho phra araham, Buddham raksah, Dhammo phra araham, Dhammam raksah, Sangho phra araham, Sangham raksah, took soke roke py saniat janry, cell mareng, cell neua rai, cheua roke rai, sahn pit rai, dy dy mee mah, anatta soon plao, na soon, mo soon, poot soon, tah soon, ya soon, soon hai bpy duay, namo buddhaya, yatah pootmona, sampacitto, pacchami.”
Next, you swallow the air and saliva, before you exhale.
You will feel the breathing air penetrating all over and soaking in every skin and hair pore. Do not let the air out through your nose at once.
Swallowing the air down to stomach and feeling like the breathing air spreading to your entire body throughout finger and foot tips, head, and every skin pores. When you swallow the air down, it will feel like almost no air left out through your nose. Practice like this. Can you remember?
Keep practicing until you become skillful. When you are skillful in holding breath, let’s try to put your face down in the water and notice whether there is any air leaking out. If there is no air leaking, this means you already reach the highest efficiency. Then you pray a short chanting.
If you pray rapidly, you can reach three rounds per one holding breath. Making sure that you hold your breath perfectly. The three rounds of chanting meaning to worship the Buddha, the Dhamma, and the Sangha. But if you pray slowly, you will finish one round per one holding breath. But if you keep practicing, finally you will reach three rounds.

Then, you swallow the air and saliva into your stomach. Then, holding your breath, let the air spreading all over body. To not wasting the air, do not let the air out through your nose only at once. Let it spread throughout entire body in every skin pore.
After swallowing a saliva, you swallow the air into a stomach. You will feel like you have almost no exhaling air left and almost no air exhaling out of your nose. Practice! Keep practicing until you become skillful and use it for praying to protect yourself from everything. This method will fail only for cutting off from your own heavy karma or your heavy bad deeds. But if you often share loving kindness, it can be loosen.
You must practice your mind.! Regarding to the Lord Buddha said,
- firstly calling off all sins,
- secondly making all physically, verbally, and mentally merits ready,
- thirdly practicing your mind to be without sorrow. Do not let it sad, boresome, depressed, and disappointed. Practice!!
These three dhamma practices are the Lord of Buddha’s teaching. All of the Lord of Buddhas also teach the same things.
