May I bow to Luangta’s feet.
I totally understand what this young monk disciple in above cartoon means. We all were used to look from the sense of “Fault Self”.
And because... the more we look into the sense of Fault Self, Ego, Condition, Five Aggregates or (saṅkhāra), the deeper we will go on and stuck in this sense of Fault Self.
So...
Having “ I am – myself” who must be someone or somebody.
To take... or gain something...
Having... Oneself
Be who I think I am.
Be who I want to be.
Be who... waiting for someone.
Be who... waiting for something.
Be who... waiting to achieve something.
Be who... owning something forever.
Be who... never dies.
**We takes this seriously because we unconsciously think that this fault self is our only truth.**
**We unconsciously take this fault self as real, because we do not truly understand the truth of life.**
We cannot accept the fact in now, because we become one with the sense of fault self (myself), Whom strives to achieve... to gain... to be... always go to the future to create something…
Because there is an aim and a direction to go some way else, instead of be still at here and now. Therefore we miss each precious present moment. We always prolong to the future and look for something not yet happened. We cannot live in the moment of now.
All everything is ending in our heart at ONLY here and now.
Therefore, the amount of everyone’s teardrops can be summed and compatible to the water in the ocean.
When the movements of mind are still there.
Aiming… to do something for someone
Searching… to do something for someone
Striving… to do something for someone
Looking for… something for someone
Figuring out... something for someone
Achieving… something for someone
Only when the truth reveals to us that…
All movements of mind are...
Only a fault self (saṅkhāra)
Not me, myself, us, ourselves, his, himself, her, herself, them, themselves, or not even a human, an animal or a thing.
And all existence and beings are in the condition of…
Suffering, Impermanence, and Non-Self.
This can be called the three marks of existence. The humans are subject to delusion about these three marks.
Suffering (duhkha)
The characteristic of unsustainable, and intolerance to remain the same.
No satisfaction from (saṅkhāra), in which everything is conditioned and conditioning, or because all things are not experienced as impermanent and without any essence.
Impermanence (anitya)
The characteristic of change. All conditioned things (saṅkhāra) are in a constant state of flux. Buddhism states that all physical and mental events come into being and dissolve. Human life embodies this flux in the aging process and the cycle of repeated birth and death (Samsara), nothing lasts, and everything decays.
Non-Self (anattā)
The characteristics of non-self. There is no unchanging, permanent Self or soul in living beings and no abiding essence in anything or phenomena.
When the heart accepts and understand the truth as what it really is.
Heart falls to its own truth.
Heart therefore knows itself by itself.
Here can be known by oneself individually.
May I bow to Luangta’s feet.
